Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts, specifically for student groups ordering box meals:
– A 10% discount on delivery for local schools
– Free meals for coaches or directors of student groups
Is there a minimum order required?
Yes. To qualify for delivery, your order must reach a minimum total of $300.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all delivery orders.
Need a same-day order? Call the store, during business hours at 972-433-1202.
Can box meals be labeled with student names?
Yes, there’s a section on our Box Meal order form (available upon request) to provide student names for labeling each box.
What happens after I submit the Catering Request Form?
We’ll review your order and send a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don’t hear back, feel free to reach out.
How do I handle payment?
- We accept Purchase Orders (upon request).
- You can pay by card over the phone or in person.
- You may fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form (available upon request) to keep payment info on file for the school year.
- All stored payment info will be securely discarded at the end of the year.
